A) Photographers have a choice to offer their images for sale or not. When the image is first
uploaded there is an option to allow or not allow print sales.
Q3) How can I offer or stop offering prints for sale from existing photos?
A) Once the image is approved to the
site, the listing photographer can always edit the print sale status of any listing. Simply log in
to your account, then click on the desired photo listing, and at the bottom of the page you will see
the "offer prints for sale" radio buttons, where you can select "yes" or "no" as required.
Q4) How can I add a poll to a forum posting?
A) It is very easy to add a poll to a post. Just follow these steps:
1) At the bottom the "Post New Thread" page, simply check the box that says "Yes, post a poll with this thread" and enter the number of answers that will accompany your poll (maximum of 10).
2) Click the "Submit new thread" button at the bottom of the page
3) A new page will load asking you to enter the poll question, duration of the poll, and enter the respective poll answers.
4) Click the submitt button again at the bottom of the page, and presto.. your poll is live for everyone to see!

A) The watermark does not appear on a photo when someone purchases a photo. The watermark is purely added for image
security reasons at the choice of the person uploading the photo. Our
Executive Class members enjoy
watermark-free viewing.
Q6) Can I remove the watermark from my photos once uploaded?
A) Once an image is uploaded and approved on the system, the watermark cannot be added or removed
from an image.
Q7) I am not receiving email from the website so how can I resolve this problem?
A) If you are not receiving email from this website it means your ISP or your spam filters need to be
checked as they are sending the emails sent by this website to spam filters, and they are not reaching your inbox. The
solution to this problem is to make sure your ISP does not do top level spam filtering of your emails, and to make sure
your own email client is not filtering and trashing the emails from this website. Follow these steps:
Step 1) Whitelist our [email protected] email address on your PC's email client simply by adding our email address
into your address book (Outlook Express or Outlook) and then send an email to [email protected].
Step 2) Whitelist our [email protected] email address with your ISP. Each ISP has its own method to

1) We do not accept anonymous sign ups. If you do not provide a real first and last name we will refuse your sign up.

emails from reaching your inbox. The solution to this problem is to make sure your own email client is not filtering
and trashing the emails from this website. Follow these steps:

Q9) Why have my photos been removed from the website?
A) Unfortunately the webmaster had to remove your image as it did not meet the website's image quality
requirements. The most common reasons for image removal are as follows: common subject shot in dull weather,
over-exposed, not in sharp focus, nose chopped, modelling shot, image too small in frame.
Unfortunately, some of our photo screener are new volunteers and are not entirely familiar with
the website's image quality requirements. Please accept our sincere apologies for the removal of your photo.
Q10) Would it be possible to use photos from this website on my website?
A) You can use any one or all the photos from AirlineFan on your own website. Simply copy the embed code found on
every image page and paste it into your own website, forum post .. or wherever you like!
Please DO NOT ASK if you can use photos outside of the using the embed code, as that provides zero
benefit to the website and photographer, and is strictly not permitted.
