Continental had three 707-124s, I was standing outside less than 500 feet from one of them when it crashed at MKC in July 1965. TWA bought the remaining three, they had air cycle machines instead of freon packs for air conditioning and that caused a lot of problems for TWA including all four doors open on the taxiway at ORD while passengers almost fainted in the heat.
