008 The photographer has asked to remain incognito, but here is his report on this historic photo: In December, 1972, Managua Nicaragua was hit by a devastating earthquake. Israel sent this Boeing 707 with medical crews and supplies. This aircraft was a 707 first batch Pan Am oldie that was short ranged and we used the Shannon Gander route! All the proud young lions standing by the nose of the Boeing are veterans by now.
