PP-YSC (4837) Four 1049Hs were delivered between February and March 1958. They were used for services from various South American cities to Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles and New York. Varig purchased a 50% share in REAL in May 1960. The Super Connies were integrated into Varig's fleet by 1961
