If I am the guilty screener it was an error, I always try to give a reason, sometimes there are 3-4 reasons to reject a slide but the boxes to check don't allow multiple entries. Sometimes I accidentally hit return when I don't mean to and the rejection goes online without a reason given, I have to way to correct that except to phone Henry and explain what happened and begging him to approve the accidental rejection.

There is no pay, no discounts or anything else offered by the site for being a screener. I do it to help Henry whom I consider one of my best friends. Most frequent reason for rejection is "duplicate already in database". Sometimes there are 15-20 identical shots on the site, wish I had the option to delete some older ones but I can only delete my own.

As one who has faced a lot of rejection in my lifetime I have to admit that every time I reject a slide, even for a good reason, I feel very guilty. I have experienced people becoming screeners just to get revenge and reject almost all my uploads, they don't last long. This is a hobby. It should be fun.
