Air Force One air-to-air photo shoot over NYC
This big news today is that Air Force One Boeing 747-400 was photographed over New York City today at a cost of $300,000 and the media is going nuts on this.
In my opinion, the talking heads media is out to lunch. It does not cost $300,000 for a three hour flight of an empty 747-400. That should not be the issue. The issue is that was not a good idea to do the un-accounced photo shoot over NYC given the bad optics and memories of 9-11. Here are two news reports on today's air-to-air photo session: http://cosmos.bcst.yahoo.com/up/play...26716&src=news http://cosmos.bcst.yahoo.com/up/play...26716&src=news
