Dr Lionel Tenby receives Queen's Jubilee Award

Dr. Lionel Tenby, who has been practicing medicine in Richmond for the past 51 years, was awarded the Queen's Jubilee Medal for service to community at the awards ceremony at the Richmond Country Club on Saturday, November, 24, 2012.
