"The Airline Story" series available?

Hi,

Does anyone know if the series The Airline Story is at all available on DVD or other by other means? It was shown on at least The Learning Channel around 2004 but I'm certain it was made independently and so likely was broadcast elsewhere.

Here is its episode guide which gives a good idea as to how comprehensive the series was. Yet it wasn't a dry documentary but a colorful and fascinating look at how the airlines and their most famous aircraft came to be.

As far as I know there wasn't a second season.

Any help would be appreciated including the studio name or other information that could help track this show down.
